I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was great for exploring Key West, with easy access to attractions, and I appreciated the friendly staff. However, my room was disappointingly small, and the amenities felt lacking for the price I paid.
Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small, and I was shocked by how cramped it felt. It's hard to believe the layout could accommodate two couples comfortably. Throughout the stay, I couldn't shake the feeling that the room could have used some upgrades, especially given the price.
Service
6.0
Staff members were friendly and welcoming during my stay, which helped lessen the blow from the lack of comfortable amenities. However, my initial interaction at the front desk left much to be desired, particularly regarding parking information.

The hotel was in a beautiful area of Old Town and just a fifteen-minute walk to Duvall Street, making it convenient for exploring local sights. It felt like a good base, away from the busier tourist areas.

The breakfast options from a local bakery were good, with plenty of tasty choices available. It was a nice touch that added value to my stay, even if I didn't initially realize breakfast was available.

I found the pool area to be lovely and a perfect spot to unwind. However, I noticed the seating was limited both at the pool and during breakfast, making it challenging to relax comfortably.

I had an very nice stay at Kimpton Fitch Lodge in Key West. The clean and spacious room, along with the friendly staff, truly enhanced my experience. However, I did find the availability of parking limited, and some aspects could have been cleaner overall. Nonetheless, my stay left a nice impression, and I would recommend this charming boutique inn.

I had high hopes for my stay at Fitch Lodge, especially given its charming setup and the allure of Key West. but my experience was mixed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a warm atmosphere. yet I dealt with some significant inconveniences, from getting to my room to the overall conditions of it. I appreciate the local bakery breakfast, but logistical issues and room conditions left me wanting more.
Rooms

My room looked quaint and cozy, yet it felt tight with very little space to store my belongings. I struggled to find a place to put anything during my five-night stay. The bed was comfortable, but I was surprised by the lack of blackout curtains, and the strong humidity smell lingered throughout.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful. although I encountered some issues with service, like the delayed room readiness and lack of immediate response to maintenance requests. There were moments when they went out of their way, which I really appreciated.
Location

The location was a bit of a mixed bag. while it was close enough to the heart of Duval Street, crossing the busy road with my family felt like a challenge. Parking was also tricky. I wish it was easier to navigate without a car.
Dining

Breakfast at the local bakery was a highlight, and I enjoyed the pastries. however, my voucher didn’t cover the entire cost at times, which was a bit inconvenient. But the service from the bakery was attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable.
Facilities

The pool area was smaller than I expected. not quite the tranquil oasis I had hoped for after exploring the city. The common areas were inviting, but the facilities need better maintenance and available amenities.

I had a mixed experience at Kimpton Fitch Lodge. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk away from Duval Street, which made exploring easy. However, the rooms were quite small and had issues like thin walls, leading to noise disturbances that affected my sleep. On the upside, the staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable despite the drawbacks.
Rooms

The rooms were small and felt somewhat motel-like, with no central AC. I struggled with controlling the temperature due to the old window unit, and the bathrooms could use some serious upgrades. Not comfortable for relaxing in (I really could've used a chair!).
Service

The staff went above and beyond to assist me with any issues I had. They were friendly and accommodating, which definitely enhanced my experience at the lodge. Their quick response to maintenance requests was commendable.

I loved the location! It was conveniently situated for easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in Key West, making it ideal for exploration.
Dining

Breakfast options from Old Town Bakery were a highlight, especially the breakfast sandwiches, but the lack of seating made it tricky to enjoy my meal comfortably. I often found myself eating on the edge of the bed.
Facilities

The pool area was nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing, but the limited seating was frustrating. Additionally, there was an extra fee for pool usage that felt a bit steep given its size and condition.

I found my stay at Fitch Lodge to be a mixed experience. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and the location allowed easy access to local attractions, the rooms were quite small and the amenities left something to be desired. The options for breakfast were limited, and I struggled with noise from the surroundings. Overall, it had its charm, but it might not be for everyone. 🌴☕️
Rooms

My room was extremely tiny, barely big enough for the bed, which made it tricky to settle in. I also heard a lot of noise from the upper floors and next door, which was quite disruptive at times.
Service
7.0
The staff genuinely enhanced my experience with their warmth and willingness to help, even if some requests went unanswered. Overall, they created a welcoming atmosphere.
Location
6.0
The location felt safe and was a short walk to Duval Street, plus the free shuttle stop was conveniently nearby. However, it was not as convenient as I had hoped for excursions.
Dining
5.0
I was given a voucher for breakfast at Old Town Bakery, which had good pastries, but the limited options left me seeking more variety. The arrangements were not quite satisfactory either.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities felt lacking, and the amenity fee seemed unjustified given what was offered. The pool was really small, and I found the lack of luggage carts a hassle.
